Charalambous Crede în Puterea FCSB: „Avem Calitatea Să Depășim CFR Cluj și U Craiova” MORE DETAILS

FCSB will face Olympiacos at the National Arena on Thursday in the league phase of the 2024-25 UEFA Europa League. The home side have enjoyed a brilliant Europa League campaign so far and now sit eighth in the table with nine points from four matches as they look to advance directly to the knockout rounds.

They locked horns with Midtjylland in their last group outing and picked up a hard-fought 2-0 win, with Florin Tanase opening the scoring with a stunning free-kick before Daniel Birligea doubled their advantage from tap-in range early in the second half.

Olympiacos kicked off their continental campaign with a 2-0 defeat at the hands of Olympique Lyonnais but now look to have found their feet. They played out a 1-1 draw against Rangers last time out in the tournament, with Ayoub El Kaabi opening the scoring early after the restart before their opponents leveled things up minutes later.

The visitors sit two points behind their midweek opponents in 11th place and will leapfrog them with a win in Bucharest this Thursday.
